223: Change your beliefs, change your life!

Instead of focusing on the things you don't want, try focusing on the things that you do want. Simple as that! What you focus on, you get more of. Example: 'I want to be debt free' still had the phrase 'debt' in it. Try this instead: 'I am working towards financial freedom.' So many people have limiting beliefs around time, energy and money.
