Uganda’s new sexual offences law
Uganda's parliament has passed a sweeping law on sexual offences, repealing some of the provisions in the decades-old criminal law. Parents of dozens of students abducted from a forestry college in the northern Nigerian city of Kaduna have been protesting outside the country’s parliament.
